a red patch can be from many things
infection
eczema
psoriasis
and other problems, fungal infection probably being one of the most common.
IT can also be from trauma.
I will need to see a picture attached here to give you a better answer.

I still don't see a picture.
If this is fungal infection, chlortirmazole is a typical over the counter treatment.
If it is allergy, trauma, abrasion, and minor, homeopathic calendula cream from any health food store will work well.
It might even help with the other conditions, but you need to identify the condition with exam and testing.
I will still be glad to look at a picture here.

You need a magnified exam as previously suggested, from your GP.
It looks like fungal or eczema, maybe bacterial.
Infection most likely.
Your doctor might tell you chlortirmazole for a week or two.
