I am 14+6 weeks pregnant and was wondering if it is

Resolved Question:

Hello, I am 14+6 weeks pregnant and was wondering if it is safe to eat eggy bread (French toast) bit late now if not? Also, I keep going to the doctor and they said I have traces of blood and white cells in my urine but have no infection I'm worried something is wrong with my baby? Sorry I'm young and it's my first and just wouldn't forgive myself if I ate something harmful or did something harmful to the fetus

This is Dr. David
if the french toast is well cooked through the bread, then it should be fine to eat.
you are not going to harm your fetus.
the body has ways to protect the fetus from injury.
make sure you don't smoke and don't drink alcohol.
make sure you keep taking your prenatal vitamins.
during pregnancy, you can have more blood volume in your body and this can cause more work for your kidneys.
this can cause some inflammation of your kidneys and this can cause some red and white blood cells in your urine.
this is not a sign of infection and not a sign of something bad to your kidney
