I am an 83yr old grandmother living alone and my 27yr old unmedicated

Resolved Question:

I am an 83yr old grandmother living alone and my 27yr old unmedicated Bipolar grandson who has had a relapse from being well in the past 3 months has decided to come from France where he lives with his Father to visit me ie he wants to leave home . I have just come back today from spending a VERY difficult Christmas with them , and he is coming "hot on my heels " for me to provide a refuge ! I am horrified , what resources might be available to me ?

I am sorry about your grandson.
I would call some or all of these support hotlines to see if you can get him into a support group
he needs to be seeing a psychiatrist or GP doctor regularly to help monitor his mental health and to give him medications.
