This is Dr David
it sounds like you are starting to have some symptoms of depression.
you need to see your GP doctor right away
there are medication treatments which can help decrease your depression symptoms and can also help decrease anxiety symptoms as well
medications like sertraline or paroxetine can help decrease depression symptoms over time and decrease anxiety as well.
increased light exposure can help some patients who suffer from seasonal affect disorder during winter when they don't get as much sunlight and this can lead to depression.
increased exercise therapy can help fight some mild depression symptoms as well
but I would encourage you to see your GP doctor to talk about your depression symptoms and anxiety symptoms and see if you would benefit from medication treatment.
