Hi and thanks for the query,These can be signs of hepatitis A infection, usually presents with, fatigue, yellow discoloration of skin, diarrhea, bloating and amber colored urine. I would suggest you should get Hep A serology to confirm the diagnosis. Treatment is usually supportive including rest, balanced diet, well hydration, avoiding fatty foods and alcohol. It would be better to get a physical examination by your GP to rule out any other disease. You can take omeprazole 20 mg once a day.Let me know if you have further questions. Please do leave a positive rating by clicking on stars on top right corner.Wish you good health.

HelloHepatitis A would not cause this to happen of and on "at times".This is on e of the least likely causes. It is an acute illness and resolves with time, and makes people very ill.IBS is possible, with dehydration.Other colon disease is possible and I suggest you have your age 50 screening colonoscopy a year early.Gallbladder, stomach and pancreatic problems are possible.Darker urine implies dehydration when this happens.Your next steps should be:See your doctor for this at this point.ExamAll routine labs.Stool sample for hidden blood and rectal exam.Dietary assessment.Possible referral to GI.I am a double board certified US doctor.Find me as needed. Please click a positive.'
