As someone who can't afford a hair transplant, I have tried

Resolved Question:

As someone who can't afford a hair transplant, I have tried using Finasteride and azailic acid. Both resulted in a loss of labido so I have discontinued using them (on both occasions they were supplied by a well known clininc in London). Have you heard of TrichoZed, which claims to prevent DHT but without the sexual side effects; and would you recommend trying it?

that is the correct doseI have researched this product and there is no evidence it is beneficialIt appears safe to try but I wouldn't keep my hopes up

Is there anything else that you would recommend?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.
I would ask your doctor if you can take wellbutrin with the propecia. It boosts sexual function

Does it have any long term effects? Alsow what about Saw Palmetto, Hairomega, NuHair, HairXcel etc? I don't want to risk my sex life. What's your thoughts on using these with so-called DHT inhibiting shampoo?

I am not aware of the other products but my gut feeling is that they are probably the sameI have seen results for the shampoo. That is a better thought
