Hi and thanks for the query,These two are general symptoms and can have many different causes. Nausea can be psychological or physical in origin. It can originate from problems in the brain or organs of the upper gastrointestinal tract such as stomach, small intestine, pancreas, and gallbladder, liver. Nausea also may be caused by diseases of many organs outside of the gastrointestinal system. Therefore, the diagnosis of the cause of prolonged nausea may not be easy. I would suggest you should visit your GP to have thorough physical examination and some baseline investigations including renal, liver and thyroid function tests so that proper cause can be identified and treatment can be given accordingly. Meanwhile you can take dimenhydrinate tablets for nausea.Let me know if you have further questions. Please do leave a positive rating by clicking on stars on top right corner.Wish you good health.
