Pleae advise treatment exzcema ,I am a

pleae advise treatment for persistent exzcema ,I am a coeliac having been so for 25 plus year.One prescibed treatment with steriod cream has improved condition but dry flaking skin itching and some red patches remain moisturisers and Diprobase have provided an element of relief but no cure.How should I now treat the problem.
