This is Dr. David
levothyroxine should be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for best absorption of thyroid hormone
esomprazole is a stomach acid blocker and should be taken daily 30-60 minutes before a meal once a day.
tamoxifen and rampipril can be taken at any time
what do your chemist stay.
there are no drug interactions to worry about here.
there is a very small chance that the osomprazole decreasing stomach acid can cause you to have slightly less absorption of your levothyroxine thyroid hormone when there is less stomach acid in your stomach.
but the issues with this are very small.

Can I take tamoxifen and ramperil together as one chemist says ramperil in the evening but surely by blood pressure is up in the day time.
Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 year ago.
yes, you can take both the tamoxifen and ramperil together.
they will not affect each other.
ramipril works for 24 hours.
it can cause fatigue in some patients.
if it causes fatigue, some people prefer to take it at night time before bed.
it still works for your blood pressure if you take it at nigh time.
but it is safe also to take during the morning with your tamoxifen.

Sorry has l was so confused. So can l just check with you.
First take levothyroxine before breakfast.
Take esomprazole after breakfast to give levothyroxine time to work.
Tamoxifen can be taken with ramipril say 10ish.Sorry to ask so many questions.
Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 year ago.
no.
esomprazole needs to be taken 30-60 minutes before a meal to have the most effect.
if morning is too crowded a time, you can take esomprazole 30-60 minutes before dinner or 30-60 minutes before lunch.
levothyroxine is absorbed quickly on an empty stomach for your thyroid hormone, so you don't have to stress about giving it time to work
