Hello
Unless you have fever or a log of pain, it is OK to wait until tomorrow.
This can be a seroma, which is simply a collection of fluid.
This can be drained in the office if needed.
I would NOT try to do anything on your own.
If you are in pain, have fever, or there appears to be fluid and infection spreading, then go to A&E.
OK, so that is an initial answer….

ok. will elevating my legs help to help to drain fluid andis it likely to drain itself
Expert:  DrRussMD replied 1 year ago.
HI
Elevating your legs will not help, and might make it worse.
It is likely to resolve on its own very slowly, but you can not tell that without exam.
Please click a positive.
Come back as needed after that.
