I injured my should and neck about 13 years ago and

Hi, I injured my should and neck about 13 years ago and since then I'am in constant pain with my neck. I have had an ASD on my left should, which seamed to have helped a little 3 years ago.
My symptoms are a popping sensation in my neck, pain constantly in the trapezius muscle

100mg sertaline
150mg levithyroxine
I have also had a steroid injection back in November
