Just feels like my neck is squashed and needs pulling out to relieve the the pain all the time

I see. Maybe traction would help?

I've had that but as soon as the traction is off the pain comes back
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.
The only option might be to strengthen the neck with yoga
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok I will give that ago but if that does not work what else can I do
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.
A neck brace?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Should I go back to my GP and ask for one but that would mean I would have to wear it all the tone
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.
Yes, you maybe would. I would start with at night though.
