Good Afternoon, I am a male 180kg and around 6ft so classed

Customer Question

Good Afternoon,
I am a male 180kg and around 6ft so classed as obese, I was having pains in chest which I went to my GP about. Initially it was thought that it was a cardiac issue, since then I have had a chest xray, several ecgs 48 holter monitor and have also been seen by a cardiac doctor who also examined me and performed ECG - everything has come back clear.
Doctor says blood pressure is a little high but nothing to worry about. Anywway I still get pains in my chest and I genuinely believe these are muscular as I sleep on my side so I gathererd that because im heavy im hurting the muscle / nerves.
I was also getting a palpitation / spasm in my stomach and indigestion I was prescribed omeprazole. anyway the omeprazole made me dizzy so I stopped taking them. I have since been prescribed Ranatadine and to be honest these have helped with the spasms. Im still feeling dizzy though, but its not like the room is spinning more like a fuzziness in my head. My vision is blury (Might be because I need glasses) but its kind of a fuzzy headache type feeling, I get slightly out of breath, not that I cant breath type like I had been on a workout more similar to when you have a cold. I also sometimes get tingling sensation in my feet.
GP is too quick to dimiss everything but was wondering what you think the symptons could be ? I do also get random pains all over my chest, back, arms shoulders etc but have put this down to the way I sleep and muscle problems... I also sometimes get a fizzing at the back of my throat like I have eaten popping candy

Also can lying on my side and being heavy make my chest hurt the dizzy comes in spells im in front of a computer screen a lot with work.

these dizzy spells could be due to drops in your blood pressure or drops in your blood glucose levels.you might need to check your blood glucose levels with a finger stick glucose machine and check blood pressure to see if it gets low or high to cause dizziness.you could have fluid in your inner ear which can cause dizziness as well.these would be the most common causes of dizzinesslet me know if you have other questions.if done for now, please leave positive rating above the chat box so I can get credit for helping you todaywe only get credit for helping clients after positive feedbackyou can always reach me with "a question for Dr. David" in the medicine or oncology categories if you have any other questionshere is my website if you need to reach me again:http://www.justanswer.com/medical/expert-dr-david/Thanks for using JustAnswers.com
