My wife is 79 and had Alzheimer's years and has unstable

Customer Question

My wife is 79 and had Alzheimer's for 12 years and has unstable Type 1 Diabetes [ Diabetic on Insulin for 67 years]. However for last four days her blood sugars have stabalised [between 7 and 13.5]. For past two months they have soared between 2 and 35 which clinic cant understand. We have had 4 visits.
At 6 pm yesterday and today she was fine but after dinner at 8pm she became very very cold, in a warm house, and shaking. She is still very cold although her blood sugar now is 11.7.
She is in bed but any ideas what might be causing her to be so cold. It hasnt happened before?
