I'm 36, male & have the following issue: Feeling

Resolved Question:

Hi
I'm 36, male & have the following issue:
Feeling of nausea for last 8 hours
Dull ache or pulling sensation in lower left chest
Feeling very uneasy generally but not about anything specific, I can't settle
Clammy feet
All of the above out of character.
I don't want to over react as I'm fine otherwise but really can't settle
Can you offer any advice?
Thanks
Steve

This is Dr. Davidif you have excessive anxiety and nervousness, this can cause nausea and feeling uneasy.you might benefit from medications to help decrease stomach acid like maalox, mylanta, pepto bismal, zantac which can helpginger or flat ginger ale or ginger candy can help decrease nausea.saltine crackers and sucking on hard candy can sometimes help settle the stomachdid you eat any foods which could have cause worse stomach acid?spicy foods, oily foods, large meal, alcohol, sodas, fried foods, tomato sauces ?

I'm not anxious or nervous about anything at all really. I'm normally healthy and very settled. I got this feeling of generally unwell around 6pm and then this chest pain has been ongoing since as has the uneasy feeling

you didn't answer my question about if you ate any foods which could have caused upset stomachif you ate out recently, that can cause upset stomachdo you have any of those antacid medications I mentioned to help calm down stomach acid?
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I have only eaten my normal diet recently, this morning I ate a toast breakfast, that's all.

I see.I would try some pepto bismalor flat ginger ale which can help settle your stomachhave you tried those before? also not eating during all of the day or skipping meals can cause excessive stomach acid and upset stomach as well.

Ok. What I concerned about is the chest pain, not really the neausea?
Expert:  Dr. David replied 10 months ago.
left lower chest pain can be from excessive stomach acid or acid reflux causing heart burn.did you miss meals today? sometimes viral infections can cause upset stomach and chest pains sometimes.
