Resolved Question:

Since I started puberty Iv had these increasing number of tiny red pimples or blisters that are itchy and after a day turn into blister type scars. They are all over my stomach chest inner arms spreading to my upper thigh. No idea what they are or what's causing them but it's getting worse. Have had them for 20ish years now

It looks to me like folliculitisand you are getting scarring or hyperpigmentation from thisbut if you can suppress the folliculitis with oral antibiotics, that will fix it
