My girlfiend had a stillborn and before we received the postmortem results her OB had told us that there was no traces of meconium but the post mortem stated that the baby was heavily stained in meconium is this something that could have been found maybe missed as she had attended feotal assesment unit on 2 occasions days before the stillbirn and told them that baby hasnt been moving the postmortem stated that there was no defects and death was due to hypoxia
