Hello from JustAnswer. The sertraline is generally very well tolerated in men with a history of prostate problems. There have been infrequent reports of urinary retention associated with the use of Zoloft, which can be more of an issue in men with prostate disease, but it is still only an infrequent side effect. If I can provide any additional information, please let me know.
