Hi, I have recently been doing a low carbohydrate diet and I may have taken it too far. I began to feel nausea and fatigue. I also would have hypoglycaemia after eating fruit and veg.I have recently just added carbs back in however I am concerned because my stomach has been unsettled as a result, yesterday I ate a huge bowl of pasta which caused gas, sore stomach and diarrhoea. I used to be able to tolerate this food.I am concerned that I have done permanent damage and will no longer be able to eat gluten.

HelloIf you are gluten sensitive you can not eat gluten.If you are not, you will adapt to adding carbs back.3 to 6 weeks.
