My mother has Rheumatoid arthritis and has foot deformities.

Customer Question

My mother has Rheumatoid arthritis and has foot deformities. She has suffered from quite large corns under the balls of her feet for years. They have been treated with corn caps, topical treatment, surgery all have been tried but they always recur. Currently her pain is unbearable. Can something be done for her?

Thanks for this questionhas she seen a podiatrist for custom shoe inserts?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
She has tried them before. Does she have to have them removed before she starts using the inserts for them to work? They are quite big now.

if they are big they will need surgical removal first
