Hi and welcome.You might be suffering from phantosmia that is smelling something which is not present. There can be number of reasons for this including allergies , ENT problems and even olfactory nerve problems. I would suggest you to visit and get thorough examination by ENT specialist to get the exact cause. Sometimes it gets normal without treatment. Put some saline spray into nose.Let me know if you have further questions.
