Hello

i don't think you mean "interesting' sleep

What is your diagnosis?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Sorry un refreshing! Fat finger syndrome. Wake up feeling tired / muscles aching. Lasts a few weeks then goes.
Expert:  DrRussMD replied 1 year ago.

The only way to really find out what is going on is physical exam and if indicated, a sleep study.

Apnea can do this, causing unrefreshing sleep.

it is the most common cause.

And it can appear to come and go.

Ok - I am not overweight and my partner says I never snore, I don't smoke and I'm pretty healthy, do have asthma (mild). Do you have any recommendations for things I can try to resolve it?
Expert:  DrRussMD replied 1 year ago.

I recommend you see your doctor.

We do not treat or diagnose.

in fact, you can have apnea without snoring and without being overweight. The fact that apnea requires these is a misconception. You can have apnea because you have asthma as well.

Doctor, sleep study.
