Hello

Most typically this would be nerve compression.

It can start in the neck: cervical spine.

It sometimes happens at the shoulder or elbow.

You need an exam right away to see what it going on.

Sometimes, rarely, it can be nerve disease from other causes.

Hello

No

But usually that would involve weakness.

3 days is way to late for an ER evaluation to actually do much about the stroke if it is, but, it would be good to rule out any source of clot to the brain, which they can do.

Don't think that is it, but go get checked.

no weakness anywhere, just numbness and tingling in the fingers..does that say its highly unlikely a stroke or tia?

Unlikely but only an exam can tell.

You must have an exam.
