Hello,

I understand your concern.

Well as you describe,possible causes may include Gastroesophageal acid reflux,Pharyngitis,Neurological damage due to transient ischemic attack.

You should try OTC liquid gaviscon.

And continue to hydrate yourself with Gatorade.

Monitor your blood pressure.

As your speech is also affected so I suggest you to visit ER ASAP to rule out Transient ischemic attack.

Prompt treatment provides good outcome.

Let me know if you have any further query so we can discuss it thoroughly in every aspect.
Waiting for your response.
It’s my pleasure to continue this conversation until you satisfy.

I attended a doctor who sent me to a hospital where I was assessed as a probable TIA
Therefore,although you suggested several possibilities,you failed to indicate a serious problem
and I have no further confidence in you

Please read my above answer again.

(As your speech is also affected so I suggest you to visit ER ASAP to rule out Transient ischemic attack.)

TIA= Transient ischemic attack

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Apologies therefore.However,I had no idea what an ER was nor what a Transient Ischemic Attack was.Therefore your reply was unfortunately ineffective.
Expert:  Dr Anil Kumar replied 1 year ago.

ER is short form of Emergency Room.

TIA=Transient Ischemic Attack

ASAP=As Soon As Possible.

I do think i should have used more patient friendly language.
