this can be due to irritable bowel syndrome or a bowel allergy to gluten or lactose milk sugar
or a viral infection.
eating more rice and bananas can help tighten up your bowels.
you can try over the counter anti-diarrhea medications like 1/2 an Imodium (loperimide) to slow down your bowels which can help your stools be more formed.
if your stools continue to get more soft or watery, you need to see your GP doctor to get your stools tested for infection and to be started on stronger medications
