Hepatitis vaccine. Can I sue the NHS? I had a vaccination 4

Resolved Question:

Hepatitis B vaccine. Can I sue the NHS?I had a vaccination for Hepatitis B 4 years ago.
Ended up with adverse reaction to Hepatitis B vaccine
nausea, chronic fatigue, fever, cough, abdominal pain, joint pain, measurable loss in stamina, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus-like syndrome, multiple sclerosis-like symptoms
symptoms came from that jab. I was completely healthy and very athletic before this vaccine and have now suffered severe,
debilitating autoimmune side effects from this vaccine.
I agreed to the injection because the side-effects were short-term and I'm now exhibiting
long-term effects and I wouldn’t have undertaken the jab had I known of the long-term side effects.

Thanks for this question

No you cannot sure the NHS.

They make you sign a waiver before they give it that alleviates all responsibility

I'm sorry

What about claiming that they were understating the vaccine's risks and exaggerating the benefits for the average person
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.

That would be a tough thing to prove

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Well they didn't tell me the side-effects would be long-term, had I known this I would never have done it.
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.

you could try. I'm just saying this would be incredibly difficult to prove in court

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
What part would specifically be difficult to prove in court?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.

that they purposely lied about the long term effects

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm not saying they lied, I'm saying I wasn't informed of long-term side effects and I wouldn't have consented to it had I known about it.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Which is basically the same thing as claiming that they understated the vaccine's risks
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.
I agree it's just gonna be difficult to prove
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Why would it be difficult? Has Hep B vaccine previously been known to cause nausea, chronic fatigue, fever, cough, abdominal pain, joint pain, measurable loss in stamina, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus-like syndrome, multiple sclerosis-like symptoms?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.
Because you need to prove it did harm and not anything else
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
You mean harm as in the symptoms mentioned?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.

yes

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I need expert medical evidence to say the side-effects came from the jab?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.

yes

I was not given informed consent, that is, told of the potential complications. I was not informed of the long-term side effects.
