I understand your concern.
Well as you describe there may be possibility of Hyperhidrosis ( frequent or constant excessive sweating). And it can be caused due to stress, anxiety, alcohol, caffeine, excessive exercise, thyroid dysfunction spicy food.
Anxiety or stressful conditions can be main contributing factors in your case.So you should do deep breathing exercises as well. Also you should consult a dermatologist for prescribed Deodorants containing aluminum chloride (Drysol),anticholinergic medication.I hope this helps.
Anticholinergic medication work by blocking the effects of a chemical called acetylcholine, which the nervous system uses to activate the sweat glands.
Anticholinergics are available as tablets.Propantheline bromide is an anticholinergic medicine licensed for treating hyperhidrosis.
You need to have your doctor find if there is any underlying problem.
Thyroid disease for example.
We are moving away from anticholinergics which control sweating but have many side effects.
Prescription anti perspirants would always be used before doing that.
Botox injections are very effective, but only in some cases.
And there are other treatments.
