Resolved Question:

I was laying in bed when something floated up from my stomach to my mouth.
I got up knowing that I had not got a cold or a sore throat.
So I spat the contents in to my hand and found it to be a large blood clot!
This made me quite worried and I went to a local hospital that very morning.
They gave me a blood test and a chest x-ray and found nothing and let me go home.
Now I am experiencing tingles around the top of my my right leg.
What does this mean?
Should I be concerned?
Kind regards,
Frank

Dear customer,

Vomiting blood clot is definitely a cause of concern. The source of bleeding needs to be found out. However at present you have done all that is required and gone to the hospital. But it this again happens or if there are new symptoms such as abdominal or chest pain you need to have an endoscopy done to examine your upper digestive system for any source of bleeding with a tiny camera on the end of a long, flexible tube.

Take care.
