Hi. My name is***** and I am online and available to help you today. Thank you for your patience.
Question and answer is just one of the services I offer. I can also provide you with premium services, such as live telephone or skype consultation, at a small additional cost. Let me know if you are interested.
The best way to know what tests you should have done is to consult with your primary care MD.
After doing a complete history and physical exam she will be able to order exactly the tests you require.
Does this make sense to you?
It's safe for you to press the positive feedback button now if you so desire. And, never fear, even after you press that button I'll still be right here to continue helping you, but, as I do work for tips, I want to make sure you are happy before rating me.

I recommended the tests based on your symptoms.
For these conditions you need additional tests:
Imaging studies of the brain such as magnetic resonance imaging,
Blood tests which checks for antibodies,
Muscle biopsy and nerve biopsy.
In that case you may have the above investigations done and they will lead you to an accurate diagnosis.
Yes do take them with you. Also tell your doctor about all the symptoms that you are having, this will help your doctor in advising the above investigations.
You may take the research articles about the cases having similar injury with you. This will help your doctor to order the required investigations.
No, the articles, your past history and past documents along with your physical examination will help your doctor proceed further with the investigations to make an accurate diagnosis.
Please don't forget to rate the answer with a positive rating.
You need to take just Hep B vaccine cases.
No they are not. That is a different virus and a different vaccine.
Most of the vaccines adverse effects are similar.
You may show, however the doctor will not likely be interested in something which is cause by another virus.
