Hello and thank you for your question. I’d be happy to assist you.

What is your age and gender?

Is it tender to touch,red?

Is it movable and reducible?

Since how long have you been suffering from?

Any other medical history?

Are you taking any medications?

Any recent illness?

Heavy weight lifting?

Please upload picture with paper clip icon on tool bar above your reply box.

Thanks.

I am 22 years of age and am male.
Yes it is tender and its very soft, in fact it started to puss a bit just now I think as its quite wet.
I felt a general discomfort for a week or two but only just really felt it.No other medical history.
No medications.
No recent illness.
No heavy weights.

I've attached another pic here for you in better lighting, its very movable and just very fluid feeling, not like fibre.

I understand your concern.

Well as you describe and your picture suggests sebaceous cyst.

You should apply warm compresses on it.
Also apply 1% hydrocortisone cream mixed with Bacitracin ointment twice a day for 3-5 days.

Also take OTC Motrin and Claritin.

Wear loose cotton clothes to prevent friction.

Use abzorb powder if you have excessive sweating, wetness on affected area.

Start a multivitamin supplement.

Most likely you'll feel better in 5 days.

In case it persists more than a week then see your doctor for further evaluation and management.
