Well as you describe and your picture suggests sebaceous cyst.
You should apply warm compresses on it.Also apply 1% hydrocortisone cream mixed with Bacitracin ointment twice a day for 3-5 days.
Also take OTC Motrin and Claritin.
Wear loose cotton clothes to prevent friction.
Use abzorb powder if you have excessive sweating,wetness on affected area.
Start a multivitamin supplement.
Most likely you'll feel better in 5 days.
In case it persists more than a week then see your doctor for further evaluation and management.
