Last period 21st june bled 5 days normal Next period due mon

Hi last period 21st june bled 5 days normal
Next period due mon 18th july didn't start until 22nd July 5 days late
Normal period heavy with clots bled for 5 days
Finished period wed restarted bleeding
last sunday brown blood when wiped
Went hosp to be told positive pregnancy result but rest due to bleeding no other checks done
Brown blood lasted to wed Then thurs back pain blood clots but didn't soak pad but pain bad
Since Friday no bleeding but sharp pains left and right lower stomach
Is this miscarriage
History poly cystic ovaries pid and fibroid last year and endometriosis
Please advise I believe 6 weeks pregnant

It appears that you got pregnant after your 21 June period, and then had some bleeding 22 July for 5 days. Now you're having pain in the right and left lower abdomen.

It's difficult to know whether you may have had a miscarriage, may have a normal pregnancy, or you may have an ectopic.

I would recommend that you see an OB/GYN doctor soon. An ultrasound will help to clarify the situation. If a pregnancy is seen inside the uterus, that rules out ectopic.

If a heart beat is seen, that means a normal pregnancy.

If nothing is seen in the uterus, then it could be an ectopic or that you've had a miscarriage. The doctor will then have to figure out which.
