I keep getting palpitations at irregular times. They

Hi I keep getting palpitations at irregular times. They sometimes come with breathlessness and feelings of light headed.

I have recently moved out so yes that's been slightly stressful. I also worry about financial situations.
I don't smoke, drink on occasion (1 night of a weekend)
My resting heart beat is around 83?
No medications apart from Hayfever tablets.
On and off for a couple of months?

I understand your concern.

Well as you describe,chances of any serious heart disease in your case as your heart rate is fine.

However at your young age,other possible causes of such symptoms may include Cardiac arrhythmia,thyroid dysfunction,anemia.

You should start a multi-vitamin supplement.

Also hydrate yourself with Gatorade.

Low or fluctuating blood pressure can also result in such symptoms.

Eat a nutritious diet rich in fruits and green leafy vegetables.

I understand your worry about financial situations so you should do deep breathing exercises.

If your heart palpitations 'll not improve then see a doctor or visit ER for EKG as a precautionary measure.

Eat small meals throughout the day.
