I don't see any problem with this, and dehydration due to not drinking adequate amount of water may be responsible for this. However the tinge of red is a bit of a concern and a urine examination is definitely indicated in this case. Could be due to an infection and antibiotics may be required. However only the results of the examination can tell us with certainty the cause for the red tinge.
