Really tense muscles in neck my doc says it's the tightest

Resolved Question:

Hi David
Really tense muscles in neck my doc says it's the tightest he's seen
He said as you it's the cause of the tension headache
Do some people simply suffer tension in muscles ,since I lost 46 pound and got fit and ran its become worse.
Or is it simply stress causing the stiffness ?
