Since how many days are you having these symptoms?
Pulse rate?Blood pressure?
I think this can be costochondritis.
Costochondritis can cause chest wall pain as you describe.
It is an inflammation of the cartilage that connects a rib to the breastbone.
You can try heating pads and take OTC NSAID like motrin.
