I noticed this about 2 months ago two spots and over the past month or so they have got worse. I have shaved the pubic area back and there was more. I'm unsure what this is. There's some itching sometimes but nothing too serious. I have uploaded a picture.- Many thanks

Well as you describe and your pictures suggest possible causes like HPV infection,Molluscum contagiosum.

They occur due to direct skin-to-skin contact with infected person.

So you should see a dermatologist rather than wait and get proper evaluation and treatment accordingly.

These can be contagious and you must not ignore them as such.
