I will highly advise to see your doctor for evaluation and tests such as full blood count, blood culture, fasting blood sugar level, lipid profile, thyroid function tests.
You should start a multi-vitamin supplement and eat fruits.
Also do regular exercises.
Take a bath before sleep.
Wear loose cotton clothes.
Do deep breathing.
