Dear customer,

Thanks for your question.

You can still follow this diet even if you don't eat eggs or pork.

A breakfast according to Mediterranean diet would include a 1/2 cup serving of oats with fruit or granola with milk. You may also have yogurt in particular a greek style yogurt with fruit and nuts.

For lunch it is recommended to have bean based soups, salads with beans and an olive oil dressing, light seafood or poultry dishes and whole grains.

Dinner is similarl to lunch, with an emphasis on fresh vegetables, legumes and whole grains. Both lunch and dinner should include at least three fruit and vegetable servings.

Also consulting a diet specialist in your location will be beneficial since this will lead to individualized plan based on the available foods in your location.

Take care.
