I'm sorry you developed an upset stomach while on vacation.

that is good your upset stomach symptoms are clearing up

I hope you haven't had bad watery diarrhea symptoms.

your body could still be fighting off a viral infection or food poisoning symptoms which could be making you feel tired and not well.

are you eating a more bland diet? rice, chicken broth, bananans, apple sauce, tea, toast, crackers for now?

sounds like you are still fighting off a viral infection or some sort of infection.

do you have a GP doctor you can see who can do some blood work for you and do a physical exam?

blood work can check for causes of infection, check your red blood cell counts, check your electrolyte levels which could be off if you had a stomach infection
