Haemorrhoids do not cause a person to feel queazy and under the weather. Haemorrhoids are a local phenomenon occurring in the rectum/anus and don't affect how a body feels in general.
It's common to get haemorrhoids after either diarrhea or constipation. They usually will resolve once the diarrhea is gone, as long as there is no other rectal pressure to cause them to persist. Lying down briefly after a bowel movement can help them to disappear.
I believe that your feeling queazy and unwell is due to something other than the haemorrhoids. Perhaps whatever caused the sickness has not completely left your system. Best wishes.
