I have been getting dull pains around my lower back,

Customer Question

I have been getting dull pains around my lower back, abdomen, pelvic region and down my legs. It's very similar to menstural pain but am not bleeding. It's been going on for about 2 weeks and have only had discharge for 2/3 days but that was last week. I do have pcos but this hasn't happened before.
