Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Do you have any constipation?

Little bit of symptoms is still possible after appendectomy.
However, there may be change in bacterial flora in the intestine.
That can cause bloating and pain.
You can try probiotic daily.

Culturelle is a good brand.
Also it is better to get an abdominal scan to make sure you had proper healing at the surgery site.
Best wishes,

No constipation

Ok that atleast makes bowel obstruction less likely.
Shift is bowel flora is the likely problem.
Please try to follow a high fiber diet and lower fat intake.
Probiotics should help.
Best wishes
