Hi. Welcome to JustAnswer. I am Dr Uzair.
I am reviewing your post and will post back with your reply momentarily.

Sometimes the area gets sore due to excessive friction and rough sex. If soreness and swelling does not settle down you should see your doctor but hopefully it will be alright in a day or two. Nothing much to worry about. Cold sponging can help.

Hope this helps.

I think it may be piles? It is getting sorer

Thanks for the reply.

It can be piles if you feel it around anal area with any feeling of lump. I would recommend you to get it examined by your doctor for exact diagnosis.
