Resolved Question:

Hello, last night I was lying on my back and I had a weird feeling of not being able to take a breath. I thought it might of been my imagination, but only last a few seconds and all well. Feeling well but am stressed out and wondered if it was anything to worry about or not?

I'm sorry you were stressed out.

anxiety and stress can cause you to have shortness of breath sensations in your chest.

that is good it only lasted a few seconds.

this sensation sounds like it was related to your anxiety symptoms.

and nothing to worry about

let me know if you have questions.
