you need to see a gyn doctor and get a urinalysis and urine culture to check for bacterial urine infections

you may need to go on antibiotics for a bartholins gland infection.

your GP can test your urine and give you a course of antibiotics.
you can also try warm compresses on the area
they should also test you for STD as well
