Customer Question

I have a 21 year old severely autistic son who is suffering greatly with TMJD. Excessive teeth grinding, is causing great pain in the jaw and head area, which then forces him to slap himself very hard.
His lack of communication and understanding, creates real problems. At the moment he is having only neurofen, and hot water bottles. He won't wear a mouth guard. We are at our wits end! Is there any other more effective medication that could be given
