you should see your GP doctor and see if stronger migraine headache medications can help you such as imitrex (sumatriptan)
some beta blockers such as atenolol can help decrease fast heart rate and help decrease migraine headaches as well.
caffeine withdraw can cause severe headaches.
some headache medications will contain caffeine in them.
there are some medications which can help dry up your mouth as well.
bladder spasm medications such as hyoscyamine or oxybutynin can help dry up your mouth
do you grind your teeth at night time? anxiety can cause this and cause headaches as well.
you should see your dentist to check your teeth to check for grinding of your teeth
do you drink caffeine? caffeine withdraw can cause headaches
not drinking enough water and fluids can cause headaches.
lack of sleep and lack of exercise and poor sleep can cause headaches as well.
then you should ask your doctor for a brain CT or MRI scan
what heart condition keeps you from taking a beta blocker?
beta blockers are used for patients who have high blood pressure and heart weakness.
what mental health issue are you having? are they being properly treated? it seems like you are taking only diazepam for panic attacks only.
Zolmitriptan is used to treat migraine headaches. it can increase blood pressure as a side effect.
