His sperm volume is good but, unfortunately, his motility and morphology is poor and he has more white and red blood cells in his sample than he should.
The hormone tests etc look good.
So. what is the take home message?
Conception via natural means might be difficult given your husbands sperm results. Due to this fact even IVF or IUI might be problematic.
So. What would I recommend?
I would try IUI first. If this doesn't work after a couple of cycles then IVF can be tried. As you probably understand of the available option IVF is the most expensive and technically difficult.
