Sorry to hear that. For how long now?
Does the pain involve both sides?
Any swelling that you might have noticed?
Any fever? Skin rash?
Any bowel issues? Any back pains?
Any joint illnesses in the past?
Do you take calcium and vit D? A
Do you think its a burning pain at night? ? Is it more around your joints or in the muscles?
Well you need a few tests here . Like RA factor, ESR / CRP, CBC, Serum Uric acid levels, ANA , serum Calcium levels, DEXA scan to look for bone mineral density, an x ray on your shins, serum and urine light chains.
Night time bone / joint pains should be taken seriously to rule out anything more sinister like bone tumours for example.
You will need pain relief like naproxen or mild opioids like tramadol till then.
Hope it helped

Yes i can imagine , its quite frustrating. But except the pain relief i cant quite recommend you anything more till we get the x rays done. Pain relief should hopefully help. Naproxen and gabapentin both will help.
You are welcome.
Wishing you great health.
