this is a very common fungal mold spore

and you can have an allergy to it found on skin testing

you may need to take a daily allergy pill like allegra (fexofenedine) 180mg or claritin, or zyrtec

and use a steroid nasal spray if you have runny nose and sinus allergy symptoms

in the fall, with colder weather and decaying leaves on the ground, it can cause worse fall allergy symptoms to mold

do you have sinus allergy symptoms, runny nose, sneezing, post nasal drip?

I breed cats and also have four dogs, could this be causing it. I did a blood test and found this out. I do feel tired and have itchy eyes and in the morning a dry cough. My nose also gets very itchy also my eyes

yes, having animals can cause allergy symptoms as well. lots of animal dander and dust around.

you need to use over the counter allergy eye drop (like Zaditor or Baush and Lomb) and a steroid nasal spray like nasocort or rhinocort (Budesonide)

and take an allergy pill like allegra 180mg daily

you can also use benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25-50mg before bed time as well.

these can help your symptoms
