you could have water which has become infected in your ear canal

you need to see a GP doctor who can look inside of your ear

you most likely need to take an oral antibiotic and also antibiotic ear drops into your ear to kill the infection

I would not start to use over the counter alcohol ear drying swimming drops now at this point. you could have done that the first day after swimming if you had water in your ear.

let me know if you have questions.

as the ear keep getting blocked can I use a Boots supplied ear bud to clear the discomfort as I find it difficult to hear
I was told that I should use olive oil

no, you should not be putting olive oil in your ear

that will not help and will only cause more blockage.

you need to see your GP doctor to have your ear canal examine

if you have fluid in your ear, it can become infected

and you will need antibiotic ear drops and oral antibitoics to help clear out the infection.
